Whats my plans for the next week? Well I’m back to night shift so I plan to sun bathe during the next few days. I got an eye appointment tomorrow morning. Tons of homework and I was planning to get back to exercising but I some how fucked my foot up really good so that’s being put off. Now to go make a yummy strawberry and banana smoothie
I started my journey in Aug 2011 and it took me 5 months to drop all the weight. I’ve learned so much since that day I decided to make a change. It’s all about making the lifestyle change and sticking to it. Stop putting “fake” foods into your body and start eating “real” food only, work out and get enough sleep. Treat your body with the respect it deserves.
If you’re on a weight loss journey, remember you can do it. Take it day by day and I promise you’ll reach your goal!!

My uncle is finally out, I’ve finished all my homework for this week, I’ve made an wonderful impression on the 1st shift supervisor at my job so much that she called me in to work on her shift on Saturday and Sunday. So far my week is going really well. Tomorrow I’m going to clean my room completely and prepare a workout space. Feeling good about myself and getting my life together and I’m loving it. Now I’m off to watch the new Romeo and Juliet movie. <3
